Whip up this easy spinach pesto and have it on your chickpea pasta, as a sandwich spread or even inside your quesadillas for a nutritious & yummy addition to your meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag spinach
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tspn salt
  • 1 tspn pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in your food processor until smooth.

  2. Store in a mason jar or glass container for a week and a half at most.
